I would like to say to please read them very carefully before applying for a membership to my pixel site. I want to thank you for taking the time to read my terms of use. By reading and abiding by my terms of use shows that you respect my work as an artist and will abide with my terms of use. **First: If you read my terms of use or not you are totally agreeing to my terms of use and will be held accountable. **Second: Please use a valid email address when applying for a membership. Please give me up to 48 hours to respond to your application. I watch my grandchildren a lot and cannot always be at my puter. **Third: Please use my pixels on child/family safe sites only. **Fourth: I need your URL so I can check to make sure you have a protected site and that my logo is present with the proper link back to my site http://www.dreamweaverpixels.com. **Fifth: All content on my pixel site is copyrighted to me unless otherwise specified. If I use another’s work proper credit will be given and you must always follow their terms of use also along with mine. **Sixth: I have created these images from scanning coloring books I own, various clipart cd’s I own, tutorials that I have done following their terms of use, greeting cards I own, art books I own, royalty free graphics from the www, pictures, and any other ideas from around me. Any similarities to another’s pixel artists work is just that similar, coincidental, as many own the same means to create and get ideas from for their artwork. **Seventh: You can only download what I have given permission to download. Please right click and save as to your own hard drive. Please no hot linking as you are stealing my bandwidth. Please remember to give a proper link ..http://www.dreamweaverpixels.com **Eighth: Do not share your log-in or password with anyone. My web server tracks ip addresses. Please let others join to have their own membership to the site. I do not feel this is too much to ask as it is after all a free membership. **Ninth: Please do not share the outlines, bases, backgrounds, tutorials, graphics or anything found in the members area with anyone this especially includes yahoo groups, msn groups, or any other group or forum. I ask this please as they have not read my terms of use, and can apply for a free membership. Please instead, I would so appreciate if you would send them my way to apply to be one of my members. Please respect my work and do not claim it as your own. ***The You Mays and Do Nots*** First I do not claim the copyright to any image original unless it has been hand drawn by me therefore I own the copyright. All of my pixel outlines are done with colors. These colors are only a suggestion for you. You may change the colors of the outline but that does not mean it is your outline, I still own the copyright to it. Again, this does not give the copyright to you. ***My pixel outlines*** Do not share my outlines. You are not allowed to offer them on a CD, a collection list, or worst of all offer them for free or profit on your site. Do Not send my outlines to groups to name a few, MSN, Yahoo, email, forums and so on. Do Not publish my outlines as your own. Do Not offer my outlines for download on your site. Please send them here to apply for their own membership. Do Not write tutorials from my outlines. Do Not change my outlines. Do Not rename my files. Before using my outlines you must color them, not offer them as is. Do Not take my samples and claim them as your own. Yes when coloring one of my outlines you can have it as your own image. You can use it but only if you do not use it for profit. Profit from my work is not allowed. Even though you can use the image you created from the outline the copyright of the outline still belongs to me and proper credit is needed with either a text link or one of the logos I offer for linkware. Yes you are allowed to use your results to create premades, sig tags, adoptions, web sets, stationeries and such but it must not be for profit. Please, please give credit to http;//www.dreamweaverpixels.com on web sets and stationeries you create. When creating a sig tag for example there needs to be a link back to me with it. ***Tutorials*** All of the tutorials offered on my site are copyrighted to me. You are not allowed to take samples and claim them as your own. You are not allowed to translate my tutorials. You are not allowed to modify my tutorials so you can claim them as your own. You are not allowed to offer them on CD, a collection list, or for profit. You are not allowed to offer your results for download on your site. All images created from my tutorials are yours to use. You may use the results from the tutorial to create premades, sig tags, adoptions, web sets, stationeries, etc.. This is only if you do not make a profit from your results. You must always give credit to http://www.dreamweaverpixels.com The copyright to the tutorial still belongs to me. ***Tubes*** You are not allowed to offer them on a CD, a collection list, or worst of all offer them for free or profit on your site. Do Not claim my tubes as your own creations on your site. Do Not offer my tubes for downloads on your pixel site. Do Not make line art or write tutorials from my tubes. Do Not recolor or remake them and claim them as your own. You must add more tubes to the tube to create and give away. The copyright is still mine. You are allowed to create premades, sig tags, adoptions, web sets, stationeries as long as a proper credit link is included. This must all be for free, you cannot make a profit with my tubes.
